Biography

VIXX debuted with their 1st Single Album "Super Hero" on May 4, 2012. Their debut stage was on May 24th's 'M! Countdown'.

VIXX stands for "Voice, Visual, Value In Excelsis".
The current members of VIXX competed their way through various different tasks on the reality program ‘Mydol‘ to debut, going from 10 to 6 final members.

VIXX, who are now signed under Jelly Fish Entertainment alongside Sung Si Kyung, Seo In Guk and Brian, were chosen through viewer votes alone. Their band name was chosen in the same manner.
